All services provided by Covisor are customized, professional, and strategy-driven in nature. Once a payment is successfully made:
The order cannot be cancelled
The service engagement is considered confirmed and locked
Work may begin immediately upon payment confirmation
Clients are advised to review service details carefully before proceeding with payment.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Covisor are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after payment
Delays caused by lack of client inputs or approvals
Partial usage of services
Dissatisfaction based on expectations or perceived outcomes
Campaign performance, third-party platform decisions, or market response
Digital services, PR activities, advertising campaigns, event planning, or consulting services
This policy applies to one-time payments, subscriptions, retainers, advance payments, and milestone-based payments.
Service Nature Disclaimer
Covisor delivers professional services, not physical goods. Due to the nature of marketing, advertising, PR, and strategic services:
Results cannot be guaranteed
Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control
No refunds or chargebacks are applicable once payment is completed
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Covisor directly for any billing-related concerns before raising disputes.
Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Account restriction
Legal or recovery action, if required
Payment Gateway Compliance
This policy is published to comply with Razorpay and other payment gateway requirements and is applicable to all transactions processed through online payment systems.
By completing a payment, you explicitly agree to this No Cancellation & No Refund Policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
